This session explores the link between entrepreneurial wellbeing and long-term success for Indigenous businesses. It draws on practical insights, lived experience and culturally grounded approaches to show how wellbeing shapes leadership, decision-making, innovation and sustainable growth.

Participants will examine the unique pressures and strengths of Indigenous entrepreneurship, including balancing cultural identity with commercial outcomes, preventing burnout and building support systems that sustain both people and profit.
