Arjun Ravi

Arjun Ravi is a Senior Manager in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability team, working at the intersection of corporate sustainability and ESG. He leads EY’s impact measurement and social value offerings, helping organisations better understand, quantify and manage their social impact.

Arjun brings extensive experience working with community and for‑purpose organisations, as well as government, on social impact measurement and strategy. Prior to EY, he founded and ran a consultancy focused on impact measurement and management, supporting a wide range of not‑for‑profits and public sector clients. This included close collaboration with Indigenous organisations across health, education and community development initiatives.

He is passionate about strengthening social impact measurement and quantification to support better decision-making, while embedding the voices of those most affected, ensuring impact is defined and measured in a way that drives more meaningful, equitable outcomes.
