Together with the David Liddiard Group (DLG), Ethan Indigenous invest in social impact programs which improve the digital literacy capability of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and communities. Its end goal for is to increase the numbers of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth involved in the IT industry in a diverse range of professional roles.

With a long track record of community engagement, extensive community and corporate networks, and a clear understanding of the barriers to the successful transition to work, DLG has developed Ethan Indigenous as a pathway program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people to gain economic independence through employment and enterprise development.
