Amazon First Nations Business Accelerator
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility is limited to prospective Amazon Australia Sellers that have successfully expressed their interest via Supply Nation during the Promotional Period and meet and maintain the following criteria:
The applicant must not already be registered to sell on Amazon.com.au;
The applicant must hold an active and valid certification with Supply Nation (including being 51% or more Indigenous owned, managed and controlled) – see here for more details about Supply Nation;
The applicant must have an existing physical consumer product that is available for sale to the public at the time of application and is suitable for sale on Amazon.com.au in accordance with Amazon’s policies including, without limitation, the Restricted Products Policy and the Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy;
The business representative for the applicant must be 18 years or older at the time of applying for the Accelerator;
The applicant’s headquarters must be based in Australia;
The applicant must be a small business (namely, employ fewer than 100 people or have generated less than AUD$10 million in aggregate annual revenue); and
The applicant must possess a valid trade mark registered with IP Australia for their product’s brand.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or its affiliates, and its agencies are ineligible to enter.
The offer commences at 12:01am AEST on 29 August 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 15 October 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
