Suzanne Grech

Suzanne has worked across many sectors from not-for-profit to corporate and government. A proud Gamilaraay Wonnarua woman, Suzanne’s passion and focus over her career journey has been to help bring equity to the First Nations business economy and sector.

Entering the sector as an Owner / Operator of Purple Goanna based out of Redfern, Suzanne grew her catering and hospitality business over a 10-year period that was successful at servicing local and interstate communities.

Suzanne was the first Aboriginal Female Supplier Diversity Manager in Australia, and has spent time within the NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Diversity Council) networks to help build her understanding of supplier diversity and how she can share her learnings with First Nation businesses in trade today in achievement of that equity.

Suzanne is Head of Supplier Services at Supply Nation, and her team are responsible for business engagement, capability building, training, auditing, registration, and certification.
